Kildare County Council Arts Service & Filmbase present an Information Session - How to Get Your Short Film Funded

Kildare County Council Arts Service & Filmbase, will present an information session for prospective filmmakers intending to apply for funding from Irish funding agencies. The session will be hosted by Filmbase director, Alan Fitzpatrick, who will cover the various funds available to Irish filmmakers, submission processes, avoiding common mistakes and preparing an interview package.

This session will be especially useful for anyone intending to submit a proposal for Kildare County Council’s Arts Service Film Bursary Award 2012 - applications for which are available from January; closing date for receipt of submissions will be March 16th 2012.

Eoghan Doyle KCC Assistant Arts Officer will also be on hand to outline the facilities available at Platform4 Digital Media Suite in Leixlip Library
