That the council now take urgent action to secure and protect the Heritage Arch opposite house 178 Walled Gardens, Castletown, Celbridge which has been vandalised and damaged and which has become a venue for anti-social behaviour.

That the council now enforce the Traffic Management Plan submitted by the school authorities when applying for planning permission reference number 07/2031 for the temporary National School (Saint Patrick’s) at the G.A.A. grounds at Hazelhatch Road, Celbridge and in particular the pedestrian access from the adjoining land at Willow Avenue, Primrose Gate, Celbridge in the interest of the pupils safety.

That the Council provide bollards at the entrance to the Old Square in Saint Patrick’s Park, Celbridge house numbers 628 to 633, this is being used as a skid surface by boy racers and that the fact that a number of senior citizens reside in this area be taken into account.

That pedestrian lights be put in place on the Agards Road in the Thornhill Meadows area.

That traffic calming measures be put in place on the Clane Road at St John of Gods.

That the footpaths on Main Street in Celbridge be repaired.

That a costing be provided for the November meeting for the provision of landscaping and appropriate bollards at the Tesco end of the Shackleton Road (both sides) which will be funded by my discretionary grant.

That the Director of Services for roads department enquire of the Minister for Transport what number of local elected representatives is proposed for the Dublin Transportation Authority and how will the representation (by councilors) of the different local authorities be determined.

To ask the council the amount of money that has been realised from the regulated parking system in Celbridge, the amount that has been paid off the capital cost of the scheme and when it is expected that there will be a net gain to be ring fenced for all transportation issues in the Celbridge area?

To ask the council if they will arrange as a matter of urgency for the Gardai to carry out skid tests on the Maynooth Road, Celbridge between the Beatty Grove entrance and Aldi supermarket given the number of crashes that has taken place at this location?

What is the delay in activating the pedestrian lights on the Hazelhatch Road? please set out in a written report when these lights will be commissioned.

Given that the ESB pole has now been recessed, when will the footpath on the Dublin Road be completed?

What is the current position on the status of the outstanding issues around the closed right of way at Crodaun Forest Park, Celbridge, which matter has been with the roads dept for a considerable time now?

To ask the council to put back the bollard that was knocked down a year ago at Moodys house, Straffan Village and repair the cobble lock outside the new shop that was dug up by maintenance crew when repairing the leaking water main?
