Dear Councillor,

I enclose agendas for the annual meeting of the council and a special meeting to be held on Friday 20 June. The programme of events for the day is:

(a) 2.00p.m. – Special meeting of the council.

(b) 3.00p.m. – Annual general meeting.

(c) Following the annual meeting refreshments will be served, and members and their guests

are invited to attend.

Please advise Annette Reid, Corporate Affairs (045-980602 or areid@kildarecoco.ie) by Tuesday 17 June if you will attend the reception and whether any guests will accompany you, and if so how many?
