Proposed Dog Park in Monread Park, Naas
Following an initial public consultation in relation to a proposed dog park in Monread Park, where people could let their dogs off the lead, Kildare County Council is now proposing an alternative location for the dog park within Monread Park. The area in question is located near the centre of Monread Park. The dog park would be surrounded by a timber post and rail fence, 1.2 metres high and backed with pvc coated mesh. There would be self closing gates at either end of the dog park. Anyone wishing to make submissions or observations on the proposed dog park should post them to:
