Proposed addition/ Deletion of Structures to the Record of Protected Structures for Kidlare County Council

Notice of the proposed addition/deletion of Structures to/from the Record of Protected Structures for Kildare County Council under Section 12(3) of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended)

Kildare County Council is currently considering the properties listed in the schedule below for addition to/deletion from the Record of Protected Structures as per Section 12(3) of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended).  These are properties for which notices were returned as undelivered by the postal service.  Under Section 250 of the Planning & Development Act 2000 (as amended), the notice has been affixed to the property and is hereby published in a local paper.
The  proposed additions/deletions are set out in Volume 2 of the Draft Kildare County Development Plan 2011-2017 which is on public display from 20 April to 28 June 2010 at the following locations:
• Kildare County Council Offices from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays:
- Aras Chill Dara, Naas, Co. Kildare from 9am to 4pm
- Northern Area Office, Leinster St., Maynooth from 9am-1pm & 2pm-5pm
- Southern Area Office, Rathstewart, Athy from 9am-1pm & 2pm-5pm
- Clane Area Office, The Woods, Clane from 9am-1pm & 2pm-5pm
• The following public libraries during their usual opening hours: Athy, Ballitore, Castledermot, Celbridge, Clane, Clocha Rince, Kilcock, Kilcullen, Kildare, Leixlip, Maynooth, Monasterevin, Naas, Newbridge & Rathangan
• The website: www.kildarecountycouncil.ie
Written submissions or observations in relation to any of these proposed additions/deletions may be made to Mary Foley, Planning Department, Kildare County Council, Áras Chill Dara, Naas, Co. Kildare by 4.30pm on 28th June 2010 and will be taken into consideration by Kildare County Council.
