Notice of the Adoption of the Kildare County Development Plan 2011-2017

Notice is hereby given under Section 12(12) of the Planning & Development Acts 2000-2010, that Kildare County Council has made a new County Development Plan at their meeting on 4 April 2011.  This Plan shall have effect from 2 May 2011.

A copy of the new Development Plan is available for inspection at:

  • Kildare County Council Offices, Áras Chill Dara, Naas from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays from 9am to 4pm

 

The Plan is accompanied by a Strategic Environmental Statement summarising how environmental considerations have been integrated into the Plan.

Copies of the Plan and Environmental Statement are available to purchase in disc format only at present.  Hard copies will be available for purchase at a later date.
