Draft Bye-Law - M4 Service Station

ROAD TRAFFIC (SPEED LIMITS AND SPECIAL SPEED LIMITS)

(County of Kildare) DRAFT BYE-LAW

M4 Service Station at Martinstown and Kilmorebrannagh, Enfield, Co. Kildare

Kildare County Council in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 9 of the Road Traffic Act, 2004 (No. 44 of 2004) hereby gives notice of its intention to make a Special Speed Limit Bye-Law in respect of the M4 Service Station at Martinstown and Kilmorebrannagh, Enfield, Co. Kildare.

The purpose of this Bye-Law is to provide for a Special Speed Limit on a designated section of the road network in County Kildare, at the above location, in the interest of prudent traffic management and road safety.

This draft Bye-Law is available for inspection on www.kildare.ie/countycouncil and during the hours of 9.00a.m. to 5.00p.m. from Thursday 19 May 2011 to 12 noon on Friday 17 June 2011 (excluding weekends and public holidays) at the Transportation Department, Level 4, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare.

Objections may be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Transportation Department at the address below on or before 12 noon on Friday 1 July 2011.
