Kildare County Council, on its own behalf and on behalf of Wicklow County Council and South Dublin County Council, in accordance with agreements under Section 85 of the Local Government Act 2001, are in the process of developing a Scheme to improve the N81 National Secondary Route between Hollywood Cross and Tallaght.

A second Public Consultation into the Route Corridor Options, held in July 2011, afforded the public and all other interested parties the opportunity to raise issues of concern and to contribute towards the selection of the Emerging Preferred Route. In addition, further studies were carried out and from this work an Emerging Preferred Route has been identified.

Public Consultation Sessions to display the Emerging Preferred Route will be held at the following locations;

At the Public Consultation Sessions, members of the design team will be present to explain the work carried out to date.  Questionnaires will be available at each venue.
