Taxi Stand Bye-Laws 2011 - Celbridge and Leixlip


Notice is given that under Section 84 (as substituted by Section 15 of the Road Traffic Act, 2002 (No. 12 of 2002) of the Road Traffic Act 1961 (No. 24 of 1961) Kildare County Council intend to make Appointed Taxi Stand Bye-Laws for the towns of Celbridge and Leixlip in the County of Kildare.

The draft appointed taxi stand bye-laws 2011 will available for inspection at the Roads, Transportation and Public Safety Department, Level 4, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co. Kildare and in the local libraries of Celbridge and Leixlip to which the relevant draft appointed taxi stand bye-law 2011 refers. The draft appointed taxi stand bye-laws 2011 will be available for inspection during normal working hours from Monday 31 October 2011 until 30 November 2011. Representations may be made in writing by any person affected before 19 December 2011 to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Transportation and Public Safety at the address below. A copy of the draft bye-laws may be purchased for the sum of €10.00 each.
