COUNTY KILDARE APPOINTED TAXI STAND BYE-LAWS

Celbridge and Leixlip Towns

Notice is given that under Section 84 (as substituted by Section 15 of the Road Traffic Act, 2002 (No. 12 of 2002) of the Road Traffic Act 1961 (No. 24 of 1961) Appointed Taxi Stand Bye-Laws for Celbridge Town in the County of Kildare were adopted by Kildare County Council at their monthly meeting on 30 January 2012.

Notice is also given under Section 84 (as substituted by Section 15 of the Road Traffic Act, 2002 (No. 12 of 2002) of the Road Traffic Act 1961 (No. 24 of 1961) that Appointed Taxi Stand Bye-Laws for Leixlip Town in the County of Kildare were adopted by Kildare County Council at their monthly meeting on 27 February 2012.

The adopted Appointed Taxi Stand Bye-Laws for the towns of Celbridge and Leixlip are available for inspection, and copies can be purchased for the sum of €10.00 each, at the Roads, Transport and Public Safety Department, Level 4, at the address below between the hours of 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank/public holidays.
