PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2006

Extension to burial ground with car park at Staplestown, Donadea, Naas, Co Kildare

Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given that Kildare County Council proposes to extend the burial ground at Staplestown, Donadea Naas, County Kildare.

The proposed extension is to the existing cemetery at Staplestown and is approximately 0.396 hectares in area. The proposed car park will be approximately 0.198 hectares in area.

Plans and particulars of the proposed extension and car park will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during normal opening hours from Tuesday 3 April 2012 until Tuesday 15 May 2012 at the following locations:

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and development of the area in which the proposed development would be situated, may be made in writing to:

Senior Executive Officer, Environment Section, at the address below on or before 12.00 noon Tuesday 29 May 2012.

Extension to Staplestown Burial Ground

All comments, including names and addresses of those making comments, submitted to the Council in regard to this project will form part of the statutorily required report to be presented to the monthly meeting of Kildare County Council. Accordingly they will also be included in the minutes of that meeting and may appear in the public domain.
