TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

NOTICE OF INTENTION

ROADS ACT, 1993

Kildare County Council gives notice in accordance with Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 that it intends to close:

The Stonebrook (Coughlanstown) Road, Ballymore Eustace

From Monday 18 February until Friday 19 April 2013

The closure is required to facilitate works related to the Ballymore Eustace Sewerage Scheme.

Alternative Route

Traffic will be diverted via the Naas Road and Mullaboden Road and vice versa.

Diversionary routes, which will be clearly signposted, as agreed with the council and An Garda Síochána, will be in place for the duration of the works. Local access will be allowed in the vicinity of the works, but the road will be closed to all through traffic. Emergency access may be restricted.

Any objections/observations should be lodged in writing to Kildare County Council, Senior Executive Officer, Roads, Transportation and Public Safety Department, Level 4 at the address below on or before 5.00p.m. on Tuesday 5 February 2013.
