Taking in Charge of Roads and Services- Kidlare County Council

SECTION 11 OF THE ROADS ACT. 1993.

 

Notice is hereby given that Kildare County Council as the Road Authority for the County propose to take in charge the roads, paths, public lights, open spaces, water supply system and both main foul and surface water sewerage systems in the housing estates listed hereunder following the required statutory display and submissions procedures.

  1. Saint Raphaels Manor, Celbridge.
  2. Chelmsford, Celbridge.
  3. BraytonPark, Kilcock.
  4. NewburyPark, Derrinturn.
  5. Barrettstown Meadows, Newbridge.
  6. DoorleyPark, Rathangan.
  7. Doorley Court, Rathangan.
  8. PomeroyPark, Rathangan.
  9. OsberstownPark, Sallins.
  10. Osberstown Court, Sallins.
  11. Osberstown Drive, Sallins.
  12. Liffey Hall, Newbridge.
  13. Graydon Manor, Robertstown.
  14. TanneryWharf, Rathangan.
  15. LeinsterPark, Maynooth.
  16. The Meadows, KanesPass, Cooleragh, Coill Dubh.

 A map showing the roads in the above estates may be inspected at the public counter in The Planning Department Floor 1 at the address below from 9.00 a m to 4.00p m on any day Monday to Friday (except for public holidays) from the 22 April 2013 to 23 May 2013 inclusive.

Objections or representations may be made in writing to the Council in relation to the proposed declaration at any time before 7 June 2013 and any such objections or representations which are not withdrawn will be considered by the Council.

Objections or representations should be addressed to The Senior Executive Officer Planning Department at the address below and marked on the bottom left hand corner of the envelope “Taking in Charge of – “x” where “x” would be the name of the particular estate referred to in the letter.
