Review of Waste Water Discharge Licence - Lower Liffey Valley Regional Sewerage Scheme

 

NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE WASTE WATER DISCHARGE (AUTHORISATION) REGULATIONS 2007

APPLICATION TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY FOR THE REVIEW OF A WASTE WATER DISCHARGE LICENCE

Kildare County Council, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, County Kildare hereby gives notice that it intends to apply to the Environmental Protection Agency for a Waste Water Discharge Licence Review in respect of :-

Lower Liffey Valley Regional Sewerage Scheme, WWDL Reg. No. D0004-01

Treated effluent is discharged to the River Liffey at St. Catherine’s Park, Leixlip.

The National Grid Reference of the plant is EN 301583, 235907.

An Environmental Impact Statement shall accompany this application to the Environmental Protection Agency.

A copy of Kildare County Council’s Licence Review, plus the Environmental Impact Statement and any further information which may be furnished to the Agency will be available for inspection or purchase, as soon as is practicable after receipt by the Agency, at the Environmental Protection Agency Headquarters, Johnstown Castle Estate, Wexford and at the offices of Kildare County Council, Water Services Department, Level 6, Áras Chill Dara at the address below.

Any submissions in relation to this application may be made to the Environmental Protection Agency Headquarters at the above address.
