Taking in Charge of Roads and Services

 

TAKING IN CHARGE OF ROADS AND SERVICES

SECTION 11 OF THE ROADS ACT 1993

Notice is hereby given that Kildare County Council as the road authority for the county propose to take in charge the roads, paths, public lights, open spaces, water supply system and both main foul and surface water sewerage systems in the housing estates listed hereunder following the required statutory display and submissions procedures.

1.  Sallins Wood, Sallins.

2.  Riverside Park, Newbridge.

3.  Drumcree Court, Kildare.

4.  Castleraven, Nurney.

5.  Luí na Gréine, Kilcullen.

6.  Burrow Manor, Calverstown.

7.  The Burrows, Calverstown.

8.  Alexandra Park, Clane.

9.  Alexandra Walk, Clane.

10. Alexandra Manor, Clane.

11. Lowtown View, Robertstown.

12. Lowtown Manor, Robertstown.

13. Castlesize Park, Sallins.

14. Phase two of Roseberry Hill, Newbridge.

15. Brookfield, Nurney.

16. Shackleton Village, Moone.

17. Rathbride Estates, Kildare.

18. Whiteabbey Lawns, Kildare.

A map showing the roads in the above estates may be inspected at the public counter of the planning department at the offices of the county council at Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm on any day Monday to Friday (except for public holidays) from 14 October 2013 to 18 November 2013 inclusive.

Objections or representations may be made in writing to the council in relation to the proposed declaration at any time before 4 December 2013 and any such objections or representations which are not withdrawn will be considered by the council.

Objections or representations should be addressed to the Senior Executive Officer, Planning Department, Kildare County Council, at the address below and marked on the bottom left hand corner of the envelope “Taking in charge of – “x” where “x” would be the name of the particular estate referred to in the letter.
