Casual Trading Bye-Laws for The Slip, Celbridge 2014

By virtue of the power conferred on the Council by Section 6 of the Casual Trading Act 1995, the Council gives notice of the adoption of bye-laws to designate a casual trading area at The Slip, Celbridge, for a market, to take place each Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Applications are now invited for casual trading licences for the Market at The Slip, Celbridge, Co. Kildare.

The following goods will be permitted to be sold in the market:

Locally or regionally produced food products that are grown, produced, caught, brewed, pickled, baked, smoked or processed by the licence holder, and are of exceptional quality; orLocally or regionally produced arts and craft goods, manufactured by the licence holder, and are of exceptional quality.

A copy of the adopted bye-laws may be inspected at the offices of Kildare County Council during normal office hours, or obtained for a fee of €5, from the Corporate Services Department, Kildare County Council, at the address below.
