Notice of proposal to make

Kildare County Council (Athy)

Control of Horses Byelaws 2016

The County Council of County Kildare (Control of Horses)(No. 1) Byelaws, 2000 will be revoked to the extent that they relate to Athy, but otherwise shall remain in full force and effect.

The draft Bye-Laws, called the 'Kildare County Council (Athy) Control of Horses Bye-Laws 2016' have been prepared and may be inspected during normal opening hours from the 23rd day of August, 2016 to the 5th day of October, 2016 at the Environment Section, Kildare County Council, at the address below; Athy Customer Service Point (Kildare County Council), Rathstewart, Athy;  and the Athy Library, Emily Square, Athy, County Kildare.
