Santa at Naas Town Hall and Official Turning on of Christmas Lights 2016

Naas at Christmas 2016

The streets of Naas will be filled with festive cheer this Saturday when Santa, his reindeer and elves arrive at the Town Hall at 2.00 p.m.  Santa will officially light up the town at 5.00 p.m. where he is set to switch on the lights to 10 Christmas trees, 20 wall features and 2 cross street features.

Santa will make the grotto at the Town Hall his home from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Saturday 26 November, Saturday 3 December and Saturday 17 December.  Visits with Santa including a present are free of charge thanks to donations from Naas Town traders and organisations.

Santa will have a special meet and greet with children with autism and special needs on Sunday 18 December from 2.00 p.m.

Those eager to start or finish off their Christmas shopping can take the opportunity to ‘shop local’ at the Town Hall Christmas Market.

All four days are organised in association with Naas Town Traders Christmas Project 2016 and Kildare County Council.
