PROPOSED TAKING IN CHARGE OF ROADS AND SERVICES SECTION 11 OF THE ROADS ACT 1993

Kildare County Council, in pursuance of Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993, intends to take in charge the roads, footpaths, open spaces, public lighting, water supply system, the surface water drainage system and the public foul sewer in:

 

Coill Dubh, Former Bord na Mona Housing Scheme (including Willow Lawns), Coill Dubh, Co. Kildare.

 

 

The drawings and documentation to support this proposal will be available for inspection for a period of 4 weeks from the date of publication of this notice until Friday 16 June, 2017, at the following location and times, or may be viewed at: http://kildare.ie/CountyCouncil/RoadsandTransportation/TakinginCharge/

 

Transportation Department, Level 4, Kildare County Council, at the address below during the hours of 9:30 a.m.  to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday (excl. Bank Holidays).

 

Objections/Submissions or representations may be made in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Roads Transportation and Public Safety  Department, Level 4 Kildare County Council at the address below or by email to roadssubmissions@kildarecoco.ie  on or before 5.00 p.m. on Friday 30 June, 2017 and should be marked "Proposal to take in charge the roads and services in the Housing Estate known as “Coill Dubh”,  Coill Dubh, Co. Kildare.
