Celine Byrne, winner of the Maria Callas Grand Prix 2007, is making her mark on both the operatic houses of Ireland and abroad including Carnegie Hall, the National Concert Hall in Dublin, as well as the Hermitage in St. Petersburg, Russia, have been greeted with enthusiastic acclaim by her audiences.

She has sung for many prestigious people including Arch bishop Desmond Tutu and Pope Benedict XVI and has also sung with internationally acclaimed Tenors including Roberto Alagna and Jose Carreras.

She will be accompanied by members of the Slovak festival orchestra and one of Ireland's prominent Tenors, Sean Costello.

The night will include some well known songs from the world of Opera, Viennese Operetta as well as some festive favourites.

All proceeds from the night will go to the Mark Donohoe Appeal fund. Mark who suffers from Breakial Plexus Neuritis (a muscle wasting disease) needs to travel to the U.S. for muscle and nerve transfers.
