Country Music comes back to Kildare Town

As part of Heritage Week 2017 Cill Dara Historical Society are organising a 'Bring country music back to Kildare Town' Concert in the CMWS Hall (formerly CYMS).

The CYMS Hall was the venue for most community events in Kildare Town and one of the best known dance and concert /show venues in Leinster. It was an integral part of the social and cultural history of the area and this nostalgia night will give people an oportunity to recall/reliive some of their memories.

The star studded night will include performances from the legendary Ray Lynam, The Honky Tonk Angels, Tony Kerr, Niamh Lynn, Trudie Lalor, The Ryan Turner Band and Kildare Town's Lorna Goodwin. Compere on the night will be KFM's Liam Kett.

Unreserved seating.   Doors will open at 6.45pm.
