NAAS URBAN COUNCIL.
TUESDAY.
THE MOTOR RACE.

On the application of Mr. Inglis, permission was granted to the Automobile Club to use the town weigh-bridge for the purpose of weighing the cars on the occasion of the Motor Race.

ROAD NUISANCE.
Sergeant Currie summoned William Edgill, Cloneygath, Mary Kelly, Ballyfarsoon, and Denis Dunne, Kilpatrick, for allowing their donkeys to wander on the public road. Fines of 6d and costs were imposed in each case.

ROAD OBSTRUCTION.
Joseph Carroll, road contractor, Kildangan, summoned Elizabeth Kelly, Fassagh, for allowing water on the road thereby causing an obstruction. The case was before the Court on a previous occasion and was now further adjourned till next Court day. Mr. P. F. Daly, solicitor, Monasterevan, defended.
