He is as much fascinated with the close-up detail that nature offers, as with the panoramic image and he strives to show an unusual view or composition.

His works travel from the real to the unreal world, portraying a dream-like and abstract quality. His inspiration is generally found in the surrounding countryside. Works are mainly in oils, charcoal, pencil, pen and ink.
