Oonagh O'Brien is a Kildare based artist and graduate of NCAD where she recently completed an MA in Art in the Contemporary World. I
n 2008 she staged her first independent exhibition Sentence-Image with Aine Macken, in Dublin’s Digital Hub and now Oonagh has come to the Riverbank to show her latest work.
Concentrating on the moment when an image becomes a moving image, the basis for this exhibition lies in early visual experiments such as those by Eadweard Muybridge in the 19th Century.
