If you missed out on expandance's teen dance workshop this Summer, don’t worry, the expandance team are back with a 'Day of Dance' for those age 13-17.
Based on the expandance technique, Alicia Christofi-Walshe will guide participants in a one day workshop. Students will be introduced to movement from simple to complex and to expandance repertoire, and will be guided in creating their own movement & choreography. There will be an emphasis on physical fitness, proper alignment & safety & personal creativity. The workshop will conclude with a performance of work.
This day will be a taster workshop for newcomers & a refresher for those who have some experience of dance
No previous dance experience necessary.
