KILDARE, IRELAND. ORDERING KITS All Kits come with oil finish. Please specify the tape colours, see chair tape page for details. ORDERING FINISHED FURNITURE. All finished furniture has a hand rubbed oil finish. A stain can be applied on request. Chairs have a final wax finish. Please specify tape colour ( see chair tape page for details). DELIVERIES. We normally ship kits in stock and gift items 3 working days from receipt of your order. We will notify you of any delay of more than 10 days. Delivery times for kits not in stock and for assembled finished furniture vary from 8-12 weeks from time of order. We will notify you of any delays beyond that time. Delivery charges of Kits and Finished Furniture are extra depending on size, weight and destination. Most gift items will be sent by An Post and a delivery charge will apply. PAYMENT. Furniture:- A deposit of 50% is required with each order. We will charge your credit card or contact you for payment of balance, when we are ready to deliver. Giftware :- All giftware items must be paid in full before the item is shipped. We welcome cheques, money orders, and credit cards (Visa, Access, Mastercard, Laser). You can also pay by Cheque, Postal Order, Bank Draft or International Order. Cheques should be made payable to the "Shaker Store". GUARANTEE. We offer the highest quality furniture, kits and accessories, and we describe them as accurately as possible. If, for any reason an item does not live up to your expectations, please return it in it’s original condition within 30 days, stating your preference for a replacement, refund or credit. We promise to handle any problems promptly and courteously.
