The Kingstown to Holyhead mailboat
Over 500 souls perished when the Kingstown to Holyhead mailboat was torpedoed in Dublin Bay on 10 October 1918 within 4 miles of the Irish coast.
It was the single largest loss of life in the Irish Sea.
Historian Mario Corrigan will examine the tragedy and explore the many Kildare Connections to the sinking.
