Wellness Classes Using Guided Movement and Art Making

Exploring wellness over 5 weeks using guided movement, tools to improve your well-being and an easy art making activity each week.

This wellness series will give you the opportunity to take some time out, relax and explore your creativity. 

The beginning of each session will involve a short guided movement meditation and then we will move into the art making activity. 

Over the 5 weeks we will create a wheel of life, wellness jars, wellness collage and explore a gratitude journal practice. 

The activities themselves will help your well-being and you will also gain tools to incorporate wellness into your everyday life.
