Mindful Lunchtime Walking at Naas Lakes

Mindful walking group every Tuesday and Thursday for 7 weeks

Reduce stress, aid relaxation, connect with yourself, nature and others by joining this new mindful walking group.

This group will start on Tuesday the 6th Nov and will continue each Tuesday and Thursday for 7 weeks.

We will take advantage of the beautiful amenity we have so near the town centre. Each week you will be given a mindful activity to explore yourself at your own pace during a short lap around the lakes. Then on a second lap you are invited to share your experience
s if you wish with a fellow mindful walker.

It is only €20 for 7 weeks or you can join any week pro rata if you miss the first weeks.

Tuesdays session will be repeated on Thursday and we encourage you to attend both sessions if you can, as repetition is the key to lasting habits. 

The wonderful benefits of mindfulness, being in nature, exercise and connecting socially have been well documented. 

Give your physical, mental and emotional health a boost as we come to the latter end of 2018. 

No experience or fitness level required as it is all at your own pace and we especially encourage older members of our community or those who find themselves isolated in any way. 

Meeting Point: Naas Lakes (meeting at the outdoor gym cycle machine across from the vista)
