Just Keep Swimming is a Wellbeing & Resilience workshop for children aged 7-9 years old based on the theme of the ocean.
Like "Finding Dory", this Arts and Crafts workshop is about exploring family connections, learning how to embrace your emotions and reaching out to friends and family for support.
Using storytelling and creative activities, children will explore strategies to "just keep swimming" like Dory’s famous mantra.
First Fortnight facilitators will be available to talk to parents after the workshop.
