A unique opportunity to experience the power and passion of the Irish Baroque Orchestra.
Performing in a shared evening of music and new dance created and performed by 200 children from across County Kildare.
The
programme includes works by Corelli, Handel, and Vivaldi . The children
will perform with the orchestra presenting three movement choirs,
created by them, with choreographer Cathy O’ Kennedy and the artists of
Fluxusdance.
This is a unique evening and is the first of it’s
kind in Ireland. ‘Baroque Moves’ is a project of the outreach
educational programme of Fluxusdance in partnership with Riverbank,
which, annually brings the art of dance to students, teachers and
schools in Co Kildare.
