How to make the best use of the abundance of your garden, throughout the year
Máirtín Lane will introduce participants to pickling, drying and bottling garden fruits and vegetables and will speak about making sauces and chutneys from your garden produce.
The course will take place in Bia Linn, Newbridges first Community Garden, which is behind the old Town Hall, beside the GAA Car Park off Main Street. The course is free of charge, but booking at 087 7954231 is required.
