The Parenting Enrichment Programme offers parents a supportive environment in which to share the challenges of parenting and to acquire additional effective skills for meeting this challenge
Facilitated by Craig Daniel, Senior Clinical Psychologist
5 week programme commencing Saturday the 14th November 2009 from 10am- 1pm.
· Cope with your child’s negative feelings, such as frustration, disappointment and anger
· Engage your child’s cooperation
· Set clear limits and still maintain goodwill
· Use alternatives to punishment
· Resolve family conflicts peacefully
Any parent who would benefit from peer support and adding new skills to their ‘parenting toolbox’ is encouraged to attend.
Group size is limited to 14 participants.
