We’ll end with some cooling pranayama before moving into a long savasana to replenish and restore.

Shanti Slow Flow, Saturday 4th June: 2pm

Yoga practices have been handed down to us for thousands of years, many of them specifically

Initially trained as a visual artist and jazz musician, Dave first started chanting mantras when a film project brought him to the ashram of Swami Muktananda in India. His work intends to create a modern and participatory theatrical art form, connecting science and yoga, open to a multiplicity of interpretations, and accessible to all.
