Kildare Integration Strategy Public Meetings

Kildare Integration Strategy Public Meetings

Are you interested in cultural diversity? Do you want to promote a multicultural County Kildare?

Do you want to make Kildare a better place to live for people of all nationalities?  If so, you may be interested in the upcoming round of public meetings for the Kildare Integration Strategy.

The strategy is being developed by County Kildare LEADER Partnership and Kildare County Council with the support of the Integration Centre.  Already, eight public meetings have been held around the county where a variety of views and perspectives were heard about how best we can help newcomers integrate into Kildare.

These suggestions will now form the basis of an action plan.  But before these actions will be finalised, they are being presented to the public.  Three meetings will take place as follows:

  • Thursday, May 29th, 6.30 p.m. Celbridge Library, St. Patrick’s Park, Celbridge
  • Thursday, June 5th, 10.00 a.m. County Kildare LEADER Partnership offices, Old Limerick Road, Jigginstown, Naas
  • Wednesday, June 11th, 10.00 a.m. Athy Library, Emily Square, Athy. Meetings are open to all interested members of the public and we would welcome your input.
