Sound Bath Session-  Sound healing works on the principle that everything in the universe is energy in vibration. Behind perceived reality is an incredible cosmic dance of interconnected energy fields. At our hearts we are all one energy !


This session is an amazing experience of almost magical journey through the sound of Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, gongs, shamanic drum and many more instruments you probably never listened before. Bringing on a deep relaxation and awakening of your self-healing powers. The sounds can pierce through negative thought patterns, old habits, and a traumatic past. Experiences that you may be holding on to. Deep vibrations penetrate the physical, mental and emotional feelings to release blockages on many levels.
The session is held in a calm, friendly and accepting group setting.
Please bring your blanket and make sure you have comfortable clothes on that day.
