The Local Employment Services Network is an innovative network of services
for the unemployed. They combine the services of local, statutory, community
and employer organisations, with an added dimension.
The purpose of the Resource Centres for the Unemployed is to assist the
unemployed and their dependants and promote their social, personal, and
