STUDENTSTRAINING METHOD: The Foundation to Employment Programme will be designed to meet the needs of individuals with a combination of group and individual tuition. Educational development will be linked to participants long-term work aspirations.

TRAINEE PROFILE:
People of any age who left school without a good foundation in education, who now wish to improve their basic skills and abilities while also developing a realistic career path plan.

CERTIFICATION: FÁS/City & Guilds Certificate.

EMPLOYMENT PROSPECTS: Progression to FAS mainline courses and local employment.
