COURSE TITLE: KARE JOB COACH TRAINING PROJECT

COURSE DURATION: 40 Weeks.

Job CoachingCOURSE AIM: To provide participants with the skills to become competent job coaches and community facilitators.

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE: Unemployed people with an interest in working with adults, with a learning disability in a community setting.

The use of safety in the work placeTRAINING METHODS: Lectures, Workshop, Work Experience, Projects & Case Studies.

CERTIFICATION: Foundation Diploma in Training & Education in Supported Employment through the Open Training College and accredited by National University of Ireland, Galway.

EMPLOYMENT PROSPECTS: Progression to FAS mainline course, apprenticeship or employment in this area.
