The Course will be deliverd by Nuala Madigan of the  Irish Peatland Conservation Council.  Nuala is a graduate of University College Dublin with a B.Sc. in Agriculture and Environmental Science. She has worked for a number of years as an Environmental Field Study Tutor with one of the U.K’s leading companies in outdoor Education. Her current role is that of Environmental Education Officer with the Irish Peatland Conservation Council where she facilitates all aspects of their Peatland education programme. The programme she delivers nationwide is the IPCC’s composting workshop.

The work shop , hosted by FADA is free of charge as it is sponsored by Kildare County Council's Environment Awareness Department. Booking is required by phoning 087- 7954231.  The workshop will take place in Bia Linn, Newbridge's first Community Garden, which is behind the old Town Hall, beside the GAA car park, off Main Street. If the weather is bad, the course will take place at an alternative venue just across the road, so rain, hail or shine, do come along
