Beginners Chakradance

Balance your chakras to improve your life, with the powerful 'moving meditation' of Chakradance.

Chakradance is a wellbeing practice, using specific chakra-resonant music, dance and moving meditations to heal, re-tune and balance your whole energy system.

Often called ‘the musical sister of yoga’ you will be guided into your own free spontaneous dance, in a candle-lit space with your eyes softy closed. There is no right or wrong way to move your body. It is a gentle journey inwards where you can reconnect with yourself taking time out from today’s busy world.

Taster Classes on Sunday 13th and 20th January and continuing every Sunday drop in. 

Every second Sunday will be a deeper dive into a specific chakra.
