Stone Mad Ultra 2015

STONE MAD brings an exciting NEW race format to Ireland. It is a two day multi-stage marathon. Run, jog or walk! 2015 marks the return for our third year of this multi-stage marathon challenge to Athy and the Barrow Valley

You can participate on one or both days. 

There is an option for an over-night stay on Saturday between stages.

Unlike any other race in Ireland, you can Build Your Own Race! Choose the number of days and the distance you want to race. 

Starting in Athy on Day 1 (11th July), the route meanders alongside the beautiful river Barrow on it's journey through villages, fields and countryside to Carlow. The way is flat, with gentle off-road terrain.

In Kilkenny, on Day 2 (12th July), the going gets tougher as the route climbs Mount Leinster, passing the historic nine stones.
