Flat Out Duathlon

Athy Triathlon Club hosting a short Duathlon

Athy Triathlon Club are hosting a short duathlon called the 'Flat Out Duathlon' on 06 Sep.
It comprises a 3k run, 20k cycle and finishes in a 3k run. It's a completely flat route and caters for all levels of fitness.
All you need are runners, a bike, a helmet, a 'have-a-go' attitude and a smile for the finish line. :)
All finishers will receive a medal. Promises to a fun day out.
