Curragh Local History Group Open Day is an opportunity to visit the Groups museum and discover many fascinating artefacts relating to the rich history of the Curragh Camp. 

At 1pm C.L.H.G. member Michael Kelly will give a talk entitled - "The Late Daniel 'Danny' Dunne" - Native of Brownstown, Co. Kildare and World War 1 Veteran. 

The museum also includes many other unique items of interest relating to both military and horse racing history among others.

All welcome.

Venue: The Old Band Hall, opposite the Post Office, McSweeney Road, Curragh Camp
