Kildares own Irish Rebel Band THE DRUIDS burst on to the music scene early in 2009. They now play to packed houses all over Kildare and the rest of Ireland.Recently the band have completed a tour of Scotland.They were in Belgium for St.Patick's day 2010 and then on to the number one celtic pub The Brazen Head in Glasgow THE DRUIDS also played  with the Glasgow based and number one Celtic band Charlie And The Bhoys at the world famous Barrowlands in April 2010 . THE DRUIDS have just come off a 10 date stint in Santa Ponsa Spain for the World CELTIC FC Supportors Convention, 2011will see the band make their first trip to the states with dates in Boston, NewYork and Flordia.The lads are also working on dates in Belgium and in Australia for 2011.

THE DRUIDS have now become a force to be reckoned with on the rebel scene over the past year. They sing songs of Ireland which detail the history of our country,songs which for many years were frowned on .THE DRUIDS have resurrected these songs as they believe that these songs are as much part of our musical culture as the standard Irish ballads which are accepted.
