A notice from Kildare County
Council (left) appeared in the local papers two weeks
ago. It was quite unassuming and probably meant little to
most readers. However, this advertisement was heralding a
public invitation to participate in what is one of the
most significant reforms of local government since
it’s foundation in 1898.
