Lourdesville is located just over a mile outside Kildare Town (on the Athy Road) and is close to all amenities including shops, restaurants churches, parks, community centres etc. Activities include crafts, bingo, musical evenings, occupational therapy etc.

Music is provided 3 nights a week.

There is also a small library and a quiet room in the Home. The secluded gardens provide ample walking areas for residents, and patients confined to wheelchairs are brought for walks and can enjoy the beautiful shrubs and flowers. Parties are organised for special occasions.
