The programme exploring the country's rivers returns, and
begins by tracing the history and culture associated with the Barrow.
Taking viewers on a journey from source to sea, Abhainn examines the
local stories both ancient and new about the waterway.
Monday's documentary, (which will be broadcast in Irish with English subtitles), will feature the Barrow stretch from Monasterevin - Athy prominently.
