Owner Eamonn Esmond, speaking to KFM Radio, has said that it is his aim to see the Carlton Abbey Hotel business succeed.
Mr. Esmond previously ran the hotel before its operation was passed on to Cabath Limited, who ran it as a franchise in the Carlton Hotel Group.
It is believed that Cabath is to end its association with the hotel, which closed at short notice last week.
