Are you looking for an opportunity to transform your business? We're currently looking for people and properties to take part in the next series of At Your Service, starring 5 star hotel experts Francis and John Brennan.
The new Greenbarn cafe at Burtown House in Athy will be featured in the new season due to air on RTE1 television in early January. The Fennell family faced a huge learning curve last October as they expanded their catering operation and luckily the Brennan brothers were on hand to help. They moved from a small gallery café that catered for 20, to a large 80 seater restaurant business. As well as building the Green Barn from scratch, the Fennells developed their organic kitchen garden which serves the new restaurant.The Barn is based on a Scandinavian design, with an emphasis on rustic textures and woods. It houses a gallery and gift shop selling crafts and products from local food producers, as well as photography and artwork.
If you own or run a hotel, guesthouse, B&B, hostel, caravan park, campsite, self-catering cottages, or similar then this is your chance to get advice from the Brennan's which could change your business fortunes forever.
